Getting married at Orangerie Elswout | Wedding in Haarlem, The Netherlands
The weather was absolutely dreadful the day that Eric & Fariza got married at the Orangerie Elswout in Overveen (close to Haarlem, the Netherlands) and we were there to capture their day for them.
 
Earlier that year we had done a very nice pre-wedding shoot with the couple. During the shoot, Fariza – who is from Kazach origin – got changed and appeared again in a traditional Kazach wedding gown, wow! That was something else, she looked amazing! But also today she looked absolutely stunning and Eric was visibly impressed (and maybe even a bit emotional) when he first laid eyes on her.
 
Despite the dutch weather with gail-force 10 winds which inhibited us from going outside for the photo shoot, we were able to use the nice spaces inside the orangerie and ended up with a succesfull photo shoot and some stunning wedding images! After the pictures it was time for the couple to get married and start the festivities. It was a great day with a great couple!
P.S. After the wedding I won a Masters of Dutch Wedding Photography Award with one of the images! Yay!
